I purchased my EZ-Up 9 years ago. I have nothing but great things to say about it. We have put it up and taken it down approximately 150 - 200 times at tail gates and Nascar races all around the midwest. It has been through wind storms, rain, and general wear and tear and it is still going strong. It is beginning to look a little rough after 9 years but we think we can get through another year or two. We were the first group to put this canopy up at our small tailgating parking lot back in '95, since then another 15 - 20 canopies of various sizes, shapes, but they are still all red or white for the Huskers. Great roduct, excellent construction and durability. Thanks so much, it has added a whole new dimension to out tailgating experience.

The first time I ever set up my Express II E-ZUP canopy, by myself, I was amazed at how everything fell into place and the little amount of muscle I had to use to set it up. I found the push buttons easy to push in without hurting my thumb, and the legs moved up without a struggle. This is very important to me since set up time is usually limited at craft fairs. Breaking down was as user friendly as apple pie is all American.

I recently purchased your 10 x 10 Sprint model Instant Shelter. During unpacking, I was pleased at the quality of the materials, joints, and paint. I was expecting my 3-year old grandchild to come play in her pool in an hour, and wondered if I could even put up the shelter by myself, let alone in a short period of time. It all went smoothly, my grandaughter loved not getting a sunburn, and my daughter was very impressed and said they'll be spending lots of days in my backyard this summer!

I can't thank you enough for the beautiful tent you put together for my Track Club.  Evan was my son and qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals in the 400 meter race and the Long Jump.  A week before the National Meet he passed away in a drowning accident while we were on vacation.  He was my only son and we cannot have any more children.

Wow. I am speechless. That is incredibly kind of you and E-ZUP, as I assume you must have had to get permission from a supervisor. My E-ZUP is used for craft shows and flea markets, softball tournaments, and camping. I use this thing all the time, because it is so easy to use, it adds class to flea markets and craft shows, it's essential for shade at week long ball tournaments, and it makes camping so pleasant. After more than 10 years of very heavy use, the canopy of our 10x15 E-ZUP shelter was showing major wear and tear. Since styles had changed since we bought our shelter, we were afraid we would have to discard the old shelter and buy another one. The customer service person we talked with told us how we could adapt our old structure to a new Eclipse II canopy. To our great relief, the changes were easy and the new canopy was up almost instantly -- our decade-old shelter looks brand new, and it took less than 10 minutes!!! And we saved hundreds of dollars by being able to buy only the canopy and two adapter rods rather than having to purchase an entire new shelter. Great, user-friendly design and excellent service.

I have had my Dome for several years now. I have looked at your testimonials and I and I have NEVER had a chance (or should I say the need) to contact you for support. The DOME has never failed in ANY way. The Dome has been very impressive to all that have seen it. It surely lives up to it's name "E-ZUp"! It is a product of extremely high quality and details were not over looked. A very pleasant surprise in today's world of lack luster products that are over priced for items that are designed to fail after a short period of use.
